All the SteccoFlex moulds include two silicone sections with cavities on a transparent food grade plastic tray (dimensions 30×40 cm).

classicchocostickheart-icIn this Step by Step, we have used Silikomart GEL03 Heart-ic Molds Set.

Step1. Fill the mould with the ice cream base preparation.

Step2. Insert the stick in the proper hole.

Step3. Level it.

Step4. Insert the mould and the relative tray in the blast chiller.

Step 5. Unmould the ice-cream.

Completed!
